Aabenraa uses Appinux Care in their local rehabilitation center. They primarily handle discharged patients from the hospital that are too weak to be in their own home. Appinux manages all daily activities and work tasks. It helps the staff to coordinate, and plan their daily work. It supports them in team meetings and helps them achieve goals, set for the patients.

To achieve fewer readmissions; Aabenraa is currently looking into the possibility of using Appinux Care as digital solution to get a closer collaboration with the local hospital.
