Albertslund use Appinux Care for early disease detection in the elderly population. It is based on triage, where every citizen in the home care system is categorized (triaged) into three colors; red, yellow and green. If a citizen starts to show signs of illness, the social and health worker will register the changes. Based on the new triage color, action will be taken to prevent further deterioration.

Appinux Care is currently in use by all social and health workers in Albertslunds kommunes home care system.
